Fred Schaub conceived Arlington Homes after spending 23 years working for several large, national builders in every facet from on-site assistant to division president. His love of building started much earlier; while still in his teens working for a residential homebuilder in Ohio. He studied all the trades associated with the industry until graduating from college prepared for a career in homebuilding. Sensing a recent shift in the industry away from the customer's needs; Fred decided there was a better way and Arlington Homes was born.
